What Causes Irregular Bowel Movement And Nausea After Anal Sexual Activity?
Question: Saturday I had a BM and then a few hours later I tried out an anal sex toy it was very messy but it did not hurt. I felt fine Saturday and Sunday (I ate fine both days, Sunday night I got cold sweats and had a small BM and then another a few hours later (they were both small soft peices) Monday I felt nausea and did not eat at all until supper time. I have no fever or pain. Yesterday I took another small skinny poop, but ate a snack and big supper. This morning I ate fine and all day fine, at 4:30 pm I felt the urge to poop so I did. It again was small thin peices at 5:30 I took a loose poop. Could this be due to the toy and what should I do?

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Whenever such activity is done then it irritates the mucosa if anal canal. Mucosa is thin lining of wall of anal canal. It is delicate and such toys causes irritation which ultimately results in such symptoms. It usually takes few days to recover. If i were your treating doctor then i would have advised following things:
- Increase Dietary fiber intake. It is available in multiple forms like fresh fruits, vegetables & cereals.
- Increase fluids intake, it is the key to treatment. Take at least 8-10 glasses of water daily.
> AVOID:
fatty & oily food.
spices
carbonated & caffeine drinks
chocolates
milk & milk products
Hopefully you will see improvement in 2-3 days BUT if condition remains same or aggravates then you need to visit hospital for further workup.
