Brief Answer:
Not colon cancer symptoms; yes haemorrhoids for sure, few suggestions

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. After viewing both attached images, here are my responses sir:

1. Yes, those are haemorrhoids for sure and it has reached a stage where you will have to seek treatment at the earliest sir. In the meantime:

-Do not strain while passing stools
-Drink plenty of water
-Have a high fiber diet
-Avoid sitting in one place for long durations
-Your can also apply a topical cream over the region which should be available over-the-counter (e.g. preparation H cream)
-Visit a doctor for further and adequate management

2. As for the water pocket you are experiencing in the region, the ultrasound reported a normal result so there is really nothing to worry about.

As for your worry about colon cancer, this is highly unlikely and none of your symptoms point towards colon cancer so I don't think you should worry about that.

I hope you find my response helpful and informative. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Surgery is best I feel; anxiety can most certainly be the cause

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.

Anxiety can most certainly cause the tingling sensation, even more as an ultrasound has been conducted with a normal result. But was a physical examination also conducted to rule out any subcutaneous or muscular abscess or any such causes?

I do think it is best to go about surgery, as all other options are only temporary and it can result in recurrence.

I hope this helps, please feel free to write to me anytime.

Best wishes.
