Question: I will have regularly cold irrespective of season. this is happening from last 3 months.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are most probably having perennial allergic rhinitis. In this condition , cold present throughout the year .

If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice
Combination Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine 2 puff each nostril twice daily like Duonase nasal spray &
warm salt water gargle twice daily 20 mins after nasal spray use to remove any spray coming to throat.

You will get relief .

You will need to see your doctor to get a prescription for nasal spray .
