Question: Hey Doctor,
From last 2 days i'm feeling intense pain (as if someone pinching a needle) in bottom of left foot (heel) while urinating. As soon as i stop urinating pain also stops and everything becomes normal..i don't feel pain during excreting stool (faeces).. Can u suggest me possible remedy? i've masturbated thrice in last 2 days can that be the reason? or cold weather of XXXXXXX be the reason? If doctor then which specialist should i visit?

Brief Answer:
Orthopedic surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for the query.

I do not think the needle pinch like feeling is related to urination specifically. It is a passive sensation under toe that can occur during cold weather.
Similarly masturbation has no relationship with the pinchy feeling. Masturbation can increase the frequency of urination only and it would not cause any harm to human body.
I suggest you to rub your heels and produce warmth before you urinate and this should disappear.
If the feeling does not disappear with this remedy mentioned I suggest you to meet an Orthopedic surgeon for examination and an Xray.
Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Do you have tenderness

Detailed Answer:
Do you have pain / tenderness when you press over the encircled area? Do you have flat foot? If yes it is most likely to be an over growth of bone there.

I still suggest an evaluation from an Orthopedic surgeon as this kind of description only during urination is not encountered in general practice.
