Question: I go to pee & as soon as I'm thru it still fills like a have to pee but I can't what could be wrong

Urinary frequency describes the need to urinate more often than usual, urinary urgency means a person has to rush to the bathroom.

The most common reason for these symptoms to occur acutely/recent onset, would be an infection of some aspect of the urinary tract which includes the bladder, kidney, ureter , urethra.

A urine sample at your doctor's office would determine if this is the case.

If an urinary tract infection is confirmed then you would need a course of antibiotics, usually for 5 to 7 days.
Other aspects of treatment include the use of a lot of fluids to flush the urinary tract.
Cranberry juice can sometimes be helpful as well
