Question: I amp off balance. Started last nite, feel like I am leaning or going to fall to right. Tingling in right hand some but can still use.

The sense of imbalance could be due to various underlying reasons. Considering your age and nil medical ailments, electrolyte imbalance, reduction of blood supply to the brain, Ménière's disease, thyroid related problems are the few commonest causes.

Tingling sensation in the hands could be neurological related. Hence, a thorough evaluation is required to identify the cause.

I would suggest you to consult your doctor at the earliest. Your doctor may advise you to do a battery of blood tests and radiological investigations such as CT scan or MRI, to identify the cause.
