Brief Answer:
Possibilities

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
At your age, we have to rule out andropause with reduced male hormone as one of the cause of your symptoms. Other possibility is drug induced flushing or rarely, Carcinoid syndrome. DO you have a photo of face , when you develop hot flushes?? How long does it last for?

You need investigations.
May I suggest the following
1) CBC, ESR
2) Fasting sugar
3) Liver functions and kidney functions
4) Urine routine
5) fasting 8 AM serum testosterone
6) Serum calcium
7) Serum PSA
8) 24 hour Urinary 5 HIAA ( after dietery restriction,)
9) Serum chromogranin-A

You need to visit an internist doctor first, who can examine you and guide you further. In that way, only focused tests may be done and unnecessary tests can be avoided

Binu
