What Causes Hissing Sound At The Back Of The Neck?

Question: I have been experiencing this odd hissing sound on the back of my neck and it would happen once in a while but recently in this past week I've heard it more often when I walk turn my head side ways .I'm worried and I've Google and nothing pops up .I'm extremely worried

If you would have presented to me as an outpatient with this clinical history,I would have told you that this is probably due to anxiety and is not indicative of any specific disease.
