Brief Answer:
Get examined; investigated

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

You are too young to have Coronary Artery Disease / Again, it is uncommon in women during reproductive age…      Pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on.

However the heaviness needs investigation / also breathless on lying down needs attention.

It could be Anxiety / Anaemia / Asthma / Anomalies of the blood supply to heart (Coronary Arteries)

See an Internist
Get yourself examined
Investigation like ECG / ECHOcardiogram / X-ray chest / blood tests – are necessary – more to exclude and reassure, if not to conclude…

Take care
Good luck
