Brief Answer:
It looks like musculoskeletal pain.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain which changes with posture goes more in favour of musculoSkeletal pain. Colonic pain doesn't change with posture or after application of cold.If the pain is associated with increased frequency of stool, then Colonic pathology can be suspected.
In my opinion, you should take a skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside.
It will come down. Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
