Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
When climates changes temperature will decrease, we feel littlie warm because of temperature variations since our body temperature is more than environmental temperature.
If your body temperature lowers with weather changes then you body will start shivering to increase body temperature and to produce heat in the body.
I would like to know how many times you have passed loose motions since morning.
Do you have stomach pain or vomiting?
Did you record your temperature? If yes, what was the record?
Do you have any history of had food outside?
Kindly get back to me with details.
Thank you.

Thank you for the response. Below are the answers, please get back to me if you need any more answers.
I had loose motion yesterday for 2 times. Not today.
I do get stomach pain regularly after some 3 to 4 hours of food, mostly during night as we will not have food after the dinner. Once I eat biscuit or any fruit with water (during midnight) the pain getting reduced. So i guess gap between taking consecutive food is long than 3 to 4 hrs getting stomach pain. This stomach pain is not related with loose motion. I'm getting the pain last one week.
Since i'm staying out of family, I used to eat outside only. (No other go as i could not prepare in my busy timing.)

Brief Answer:
May be GERD

Detailed Answer:

Hello XXXX
Thanks for your information.
Your symptoms mostly related to gastro esophageal reflux disease where stomach secretions increase and can cause pain or acidity in stomach which decrease after having food.
I would suggest you Omeprazole 30 minutes before breakfast with empty stomach for 4 weeks.
Along with you have to maintain your diet.
Since you are eating food outside chances of stomach infection are more. I can understand since you are busy with work you have to eat out side food but eat hygiene food.
Eat food 2 hours before bed. Avoid spicy, oily, fast and junk food.
Add 2-3 types of fruits to your diet every day.
Drink plenty of water. Probiotics and yogurt will help you. Take yogurt or butter milk regularly.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
