What Causes Headaches After Masturbation?

Question: I am male aged 52.having frequent headache.. that times i used to take either vasograin or dart. that dosage helps me relived from pain. But whenever I used to mastrubate next day i got such headache..

Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that you could be having migranous headaches which are often precipitated by having sympathetic activity which could be the result of masturbation you do. They are known as orgasmic headcahes and a known entity .There is nothing to worry about this. Sometimes beta blockers are advised for these . Most commonly a pain killer is all that is needed . I will advise you to see a neurologist for the same and maintain a headache diary which will help to see the pattern and the need for starting medicines will be decided on that. Take care. Thank You Dr XXXXXXX for your quick response. I did consult with Nurologist also. He asked me and got all my observations and responses. He too suggest me to take Vasograin if that headache relieved. But my fear is if such continuous medication will lead to any side effects. I m worrying that factor only.
