Question: Over the course of the last ten days, had three chancre sores pop up around and one on my lip. I feel very tired and have a massive headache. Today I noticed my handwriting for some reason is very sloppy and doesn't even look like my own. My coworkers thinks I am stuttering. Should I go to the ER?

Brief Answer:
Get evaluated urgently in ER

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You may be having stroke or some brain lesion leading to headache, weakness in limbs and speech difficulty.
You definitely need to consult in ER and get brain imaging done.
Mri brain is preferable if can be done soon or else get a CT scan head.
Is there any history of fever, loss of consciousness, seizures, blurring of vision, facial deviation, dysphagia?
Any previous history of stroke, hypertension, diabetes?
Any addiction?
Examination by a doctor will help in formulating blood investigations.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
