Brief Answer:
It requires evaluation of posterior segment of eye

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having floaters with blurred vision.
Floaters and blurring of vision without pain usually indicate problems in the posterior segment of the eye. The common problems in your age group are posterior vitreous detachment, vitreous degenerations...
Most of these may resolve without treatment however sometimes they can be associated with retinal tear which can lead to retinal detachment.
The other causes like vitreous hemorrhage, retinal detachment are need to be considered if you are having pre existing problems like diabetes, high myopia....Hence examination of the posterior segment of the eye by ophthalmoscopy is requured to find out the underlying cause.

Hence I advice you to consult your Eye doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
With regards
