Pins and needles may be a part of Multiple sclerosis spectrum.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

I have gone through your detailed medical history.Though you are a known case of Multiple sclerosis, but headache is not a classical symptom of Multiple sclerosis.
In view of background of lung nodules, with symptoms of headache and impairment of coordination,I would suggest you to get a thorough physical examination done by a neurologist. You may need to undergo a Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) of Brain with contrast.Further, cerebrospinal fluid(CSF) analysis may also be needed,to rule out infection as ESR is also raised, which is further supportive of infection in presence of the headache-incoordination syndrome you are having.
Eye specialist's opinion based on funduscopic examination is also mandatory here.
Please upload your Biopsy report,so that I can make a better impression.

Pins and needles is likely a part of Multiple sclerosis spectrum. Please get blood sugar and nerve conduction studies done, however as a part of the evaluation.

Meanwhile, please start taking amitriptyline 10 mg once a day and methylcobalamin 1500 mcg per day, which will likely bring improvement in these symptoms.PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to answer else, please close the thread-rate it and write a review.Your rating will be of help to me.
