What Causes Head Pulsations And Dizziness Along With Panic Attacks And Anxiety?

Question: I don't have headaches but I've had a pulsating sensation randomly in my head and random dizziness. I have had episodes of shortness of breath, panic attacks, severe fear when speaking in front of people - even if i need to speak only my name too - I am a very anxious person but the head pulsing is new and the dizziness is new.

1. do you have high blood pressure or not ?
2. Do you smoke?

Considering your problem I would like to suggest you to personally consult a psychologist for proper evaluation and treatment plan. Also you might be needing sessions of counselling and behavioural therapy in other to boost your confidence levels and help counter your stress.

Also if you can start learning and practicing Yoga and Meditation as it will help you combat your stress and anxiety.
