What Causes Hair Loss And Patches On Scalp In A Young Adult?
Question: Having hairloss.Patches visible.Thinning of hair.No hereditary reason.Age is 27 male.Hairloss increasing with time and patches visible in the middle of the head only.

I have gone through your query and pictures. It looks like androgenetic alopecia (male pattern hair loss). This is due action of high DHT on scalp which causes thinning of hair as well as crown baldness.
Using Minoxidil solution 5 % is a FDA approved treatment for this. You can use twice daily. This should be used for long term like 4 months to get effects and should be continued also.
You can also use ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly along with this. Along with its anti fungal action it has inhibition of DHT. So it is helpful.
You can use Capixyl gel which is a biomemetic peptide helpful to avoid hair fall and aid in hair growth. This you can use along with Minoxidil.
Other option is using coffee shampoo which you can use alternatively.
Take hair grow supplements containing biotin and other essential vitamins to boost hair growth also. This is available in brands like follihair , keraglow etc.
Taking Saw palmetto supplements also helps to inhibit DHT action.
