Question: My body is acheing and i am feeling like very tired and like i have no power in my body, eyes are also paining a bit, need your help.

if you are having generalized body ache it may be due to muscle fatigue, tiredness, lack of sleep or stress
Follow below instructions
If you have more pain take Tab Paracetamol 500 mg twice daily for 3 days.
1. Walk regularly in the morning. Back it up with free hand exercises.
2.Take juicy fruits like citrus fruits as well as bananas. They contain potassium which is essential for proper muscle contraction. It should help.
3.Take fiber rich diet.
4.Take plenty of water and fluids.
5.Take plenty of green vegetables as well as colorful fruits and vegetables.
6.do meditation, yoga it reduces your stress.
7. sleep at least 7-8 hrs a day.
8.For eyes you can keep ice packs , if pain is too much you can got ophthalmologist

You can meet local doctor and get done routine check up like BP, Wight, blood tests like CBC to rule out any disease.
