What Causes Gas Formation Despite Negative TSH Test Results?

Question: I have metabolism issues every time i eat food there will be gas formation but no acid reflux.
I took a TSH test everything was normal but still symptoms persists ? What could be the issue?

2. deranged LFT - Do LFT
3. Pancreatitis - do Amylase Lipase
4. just lifestyle modification may help
5. there can be gastritis, duodenitis - might require upper GI endoscopy
