Question: I have the urge to pee all the time but when I do, I can't. I've also been noticing when i wipe, it's pink. This has been an issue for over 2 weeks. Today, I noticed its a bright red. It's only when I wipe. I am not on my period and I took a pregnancy test at home which was negative.

Brief Answer:
ultrasound scan and urine test required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I read your query and I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1. You seem to have urethral stone. Bleeding and urge to pee are suggestive of stone in urinary tract. Please get an ultrasound scan done to identify the same.

2. Another possibility is urinary tract infection (UTI). UTI leads to such symptoms. Please get urine tested for infection.

3. Please send me report of urine as well as ultrasound scan to advise you further.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya.
