Brief Answer:
Need evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I understand your concerns.

First thing to note is that, always stick to one pediatrician of your choice for followups, rather than multiple doctors. Then he will go in search of the underlying cause for repeated attacks.

Next time when he gets boils, ask your doctor to get a blood culture and sensitivity and if there is pus collection, a pus culture and sensitivity also. This will tell us the exact bacteria causing infection and the most appropriate antibiotic, so that we can give the most appropriate antibiotic in full course.

If, even after this, he is getting repeated attacks, we need to evaluate further to look for causes like immunodeficiency states, staphylo coccal carrier state(like nasal carriage) etc. Your pediatrician will guide you through these steps.

Meanwhile, give him a healthy diet with enough fruits, veges, sprouts, egg, milk, pulses etc. This will boost up the immune system.

Also, keep good body hygiene.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing for good health,
Thank you.
