Brief Answer:
Suspect DNS with frontal sinusitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear.

These symptoms are suggestive of deviated nasal septum(DNS) which is common cause of unilateral blockade.Since it hampers normal sinus functions results in sinusitis.
I were to examine your nose to rule out septal deviation & do an X-ray Skull & PNS (paranasal sinuses) to plan further management. If you have been experiencing them recurrently I were to plan for surgery which corrects nasal septum deviation. This offers relief in almost all cases.

Neck stiffness is not related to nasal problems.I were to examine & do an neck X-ray to rule of cervical problems.

Hope this answers your query.
