1)Reason for having pain on HALLUCIS area of right foot only as there is no injury

2)Is it due to blood circulation issue around that area

3)There is no problem while walking, sitting but only when pressing/touching on it so why is it so?

4)What is the correct line of treatment with steps as i am not taking any medicine

Brief Answer:
Homeopathic Treatment Required

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Mr XXXXXXX
Nice to Hear you again
I have gone through your query. At first instance primary diagnosis may be hallucis Longus tendinitis or Hallucis strain of muscle. But it can be confirmed only after clinical correlation and diagnostic finding. This condition is arise after the injury of trauma of Pressure on the muscle , muscle weight may be a reason of trauma.
Normally it is not related to blood circulation.
Normal walking or sitting does not irritate the the muscle or tendon but once you apply the pressure it start paining.
I would suggest you to go for MRI and based on the finding the correct diagnosis can be made and treatment can be initiated. You may consult any good orthopedics physician.
Meanwhile I am suggesting some medicine you can start as prescribed
1 Cyclamen 30 3 drops o the tongue twice in a day
2 Antim Crud 1M 4 drops once in day (Empty Stomach)
3 Calcarea Phos 3X 4 pills twice in day
4 Phytoalcca D 200 3 drops once in day

take medicine for a month and revert back
Advice Cold water treatment, sufficient rest is required, Crutches may be used, Physiotherapy session may be taken

Avoid Long standing, running weight carrying etc

Hope this help to solve you query
