PMS,Vitamin B6, C,E, primrose oil, life style changes,metronidazole.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Dear XXXX,
Dr. Purushottam welcomes you to HCM forum!

Thanks for consulting at HCM . I have carefully gone through your case, and I think I have understood your concern. I will try to address your medical concerns and would suggest you the best
of the available treatment options.

1] First of all do not panic.

2] The symptoms you are telling, mostly fit with premenstrual syndrome (PMS). It is not uncommon and also not a serious issue.

3] I will suggest indulging in a healthy diet and regular exercise regime.
Include plenty of fruits, salads, vegetables in the diet.

4] Have adequate water intake , say 8 – 10 glasses per day. Avoid deep fried foods, bakery products, and refined sugars.

5] Use of long acting vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin C and E, evening primrose oil over a period of 3 months helps to relieve these complaints.

6] Also if you have stomach upset a course of metronidazole is advisable.

7] Of course these medicines will need prescription from a doctor.

I hope my answer helps you.
Any further queries are most welcome.

Thanks.

Wish you great health.

Brief Answer:
warm salt water gargles, vitamin C, breathing exercises

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
I will suggest you that if you do not have fever now, then you need not take any more course of antibiotics.
I will suggest use of warm salt water gargles after every meal. Even betaine mouth wash is available.
Also use of multivitamin and multi mineral supplements is advisable. Use of vitamin C tablets For a period of two weeks or so will help to boost immunity.
Please learn some breathing exercises , that will also help.
I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks
