Hi there,

I have gone through your medical history and feel sorry for the situation you are in.

The symptoms you are experiencing are indicative for UTI. Urine analysis and urine culture is necessary to determine infection and appropriate antibiotic to use.

Abdominal ultrasound is also necessary to understand at what extent infection has damaged kidneys and other urinary pathways.

If you are uncircumcised, it might explain why you are having recurrent UTIs at your age. After the antibiotic course, I'd advise to talk with an urologist to get circumcised.

Next, have you ever measured blood sugar levels? Usually, diabetes is associated with frequent UTIs and prolonged fungal infections. Controlling blood sugar will also help controlling recurrence of UTIs.

With regards to dry eyes, I'd like to know if:
- you work in front of a PC for too long?
- are your eyes dry all the time or do they change with weather?
- are your eyes itchy also?
- have you ever done any swab testing of the eye?

To my opinion, you should get your eyes checked by an ophthalmologist to rule out infection or other pathologies which are associated with dry eyes. You cannot keep experimenting with OTC products if you do not really know what problems you are really having.

Looking forward to have the requested data in!
Thank you!

Hello Dr. Thanks u for your reply. At this time I have no insurance as in transition. When I get my insurance I will Definately take your advice in the notes. Due to no insurance and low or out of some of my medication, are you able to prescribe me some or all as refills? That is a big concern for me. I can pick up meds at Walmart in Palm Desert just off the 10 freeway. I am there all day today. If you can help, I am in pain with the uti.
If you would like to speak to me first, feel free to call me anytime on 0000. Thanks u Dr. I can send pics of rx bottles if that helps . Many thanks

Brief Answer:
It's against the laws to give online prescriptions

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for following up.

Unfortunately, I am not allowed to prescribe prescription medicines online. It is against the laws, I am sorry for that. I can help only describing the medicines you can find over the counter at Walmart:

- urinary tract infection test strips to ensure you have urinary tract infection
- Cystex to relieve the symptoms
- drink plenty of water
- limit salt intake

Hope it helped! Wish fast recovery!
