Question: Was exercising tonight and after 15 minutes felt tightness in neck and Shoulders, had to stop it was irritating. Couldn't really tell if it was in the chest, all symptoms subsided once I stopped, back of neck still feels tight. Should i seek out another stress test to rule out any heart conditions? I worry about that a lot.

Brief Answer:
Not due to cardiac cause.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
The feeling of tightness in the neck and shoulders after exercising can be due to vitamin D and magnesium deficiency.

You can get vitamin D and magnesium supplements prescribed. Your symptoms should improve with that. Also eat magnesium rich foods like bananas, beans, chickpeas, fish, nuts, soybeans, spinach etc which are natural sources of magnesium.

Regarding vitamin D levels, you need to take a XXXXXXX of vitamin D with milk or curd once a week for 8 weeks and then once a month. Each XXXXXXX contains 60,000 IU of vitamin D. But these should be taken only after getting your vitamin D levels checked.
Since the symptoms subsided after stopping the exercise it is due to muscle related cause and not due to a cardiac cause. A repeat stress test is not required.
I hope this answers your query.
