Question: hello doctor
My Hubby Aged 43 years , lean in figure weight : 56 kgs . Ht. 160 cms always feels tired over small exertions .
Now since the climate is very hot , he is finding it very very difficult to carry out his normal chores .
A little bit of travel makes him tired for all the day and this continues with fever and stomach upsets.
He also has frequent constipations. He had visited local doctors and had their medications but all those are temporary reliefs only.
Even blood was checked which is attached for your reference .
Cant understand what is his problem .

Should we take Revital or some other health supplements would be of help .
Pls advise .

Brief Answer:
Check for minerals and vitamins in blood

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The Hemoglobin is just low normal in your husband's case for the reference value.

It is better to test for the following as well
Serum Vit B12,
Serum Ferritin
Serum Calcium
Serum Vit D3
Thyroid function
Serum electrolytes
Stool microscopy
Sputum microscopy

It is good to start with the following supplements
1) REVITAL, one tab twice a day after meal
2) Tab SHELCAL, one tab a day after meal

Vit D3 satchets and Vit B12 if it is proven to be less on the tests. I suggest an Internal Medicine specialist examine and follow him for wiser treatment options.

Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Supplements only after tests

Detailed Answer:
If the Vit D3 and Vit B12 are low on testing, then he can be supplemented with VitD3 satchets and Vit B12 tablets.

Since it requires testing and prescription and follow up. I suggested to see the Internal Medicine Specialist.
