What Causes Fatigue And Lymph Node Swelling?
Question: Healthy. Mom of 3 40 years old work full time in IT coach cheer and run a busy home 6 months ago I was paralyzed with absolute fatigue. My movement went slow started getting lesions on my Brest nipple discharge (have breast fed in 14 years) color nipple changed was told my mamo came back with <75 percent dencity and my untrasound said cycst present lesions present some thickening no calcification. I have a constant sore throat and swollen tongue with sores on it vision is back hair loss. Then my underarm lymphnode on my right swelled made my right my breast double the size of the other breast doctor said no lump no issue dermatologist said dry skin not foliculitis. I'm at a loss I the end my breasts look different and my lymphnode are swollen no pain just lost of pressure.

Lymph nodes are part of the of the immune system helps in fighting against infections. They are like police man of our body, it pops out whenever there is ongoing infection in the vicinity and become inflamed or enlarged. The conditions may range from trivial infections such as a throat infection, to life-threatening such as cancers.
For this, a FNAB (fine needle aspiration biopsy) of the lymph nodes is the best test. FNAB is aspiration of the material of the glands which is done by a fine gauge needle (22 or 25 gauge) and a syringe. This will confirm the diagnosis.
