Brief Answer:
Most probably not ALS.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again XXXXXXX

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

If neurologic examination and blood work results were negative about any causes of fasciculations, muscular dystrophies, then you shouldn't worry about ALS or any neurologic disease.

Those symptoms are not consistent with ALS, neither your age.

Discuss with a Psychiatrist about modification of your treatment.

Hope this helps. I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Best regards.
