False positive tests for cocaine is quite rare but they do occur due to multiple reasons. The most common causation is use of certain antibiotics such as amoxicillin and ampicillin. The other causes include products from coca plant such as coca tea, coca leaf, coca flour among others. Since chocolate fudge contains coca plant products it is possible that it have caused false positive test for cocaine.
Nuts are not known to cause false positive test for cocaine.
