default
Posted on Fri, 17 Oct 2014
Question: My eye has been twitching for about 6 months, I've tried sleeping more, I've increased my potassium, and magnesium intake and a couple of weeks ago my ears started popping constantly, all day long, there's some pressure and slight pain, I've had my ears looked at nothing seems to be in there or visibly wrong. I have headaches, acetaminophen doesn't seem to help either. Any suggestions?

So try to reduce your anxiety. No medication or food supplement will help. It is presumed, meditation and yoga may help but there is no authenticity. But trying is not bad.As it is a habit disorder, naturopathy may also help. You may go for ear checkup by ENTdoctor. No medication will help.
