Brief Answer:
You need investigations & specific treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for the query.
* The frequency in urination at your age can be because of -
- Urinary infection/ interstitial cystitis ( bladder inflammation )
- Diabetes,
- High blood pressure medicines,
- Neurological causes,
- Prostate enlargement.
The constant pain at perinium can be due to incomplete voiding & collection of urine.
The medicine you are taking helps controlling urge but it does not have any side effect of causing the pain.
* I would suggest a whole sum investigation session to find basic cause & get specific treatment with help of your family physician.( urine routine & microscopic, culture test/ USG abdomen/ cystoscopy, glucose tolerance test/ xray lumber spine..
* I am sure you would be relieved after systematic assessment & specific treatment of the cause.
Hope, the answer was informative & helpful for you. I would be happy to help in case of any follow up query.
Thanks.
- You may need expert consultation of urologist/ dibetologist/ spinal surgeon to have specific treatment after investigations.
Thanks.
