Brief Answer:
How is your sleep at night? Do you feel refreshed in the mornings?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for contacting us at HealthcareMagic.

I have reviewed your information fully. While some of your ongoing medications might contribute to this (Zolpidem and Quietiapine), your sleep apnea might be the main cause.

Do you wake up feeling refreshed? Do you have any early morning headaches? If you do have these symptoms, then the poor quality of sleep at night might be the reason for this tiredness and sleepiness during the day.

My plan would be that your doctors carry out a comprehensive sleep study to identify the exact cause.

In the interim, amphetamines can be used to help keep you awake and avoid repetitive falling asleep episodes. Please discuss this with your doctor.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
Regards
