Brief Answer:
Seems to be allergic bronchitis.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having excessive phlegm. I would like to ask you few more details.

Is there any cough or wheeze ?
Is there any nasal obstruction or post nasal drip (sinus secretions trickle back into throat) ?

Kindly get back to me with the details.

Based on your clinical detail, it appears to be allergy or sinusitis inducing the phlegm.

I suggest you to consult ent surgeon and get detailed Ent examination, blood tests (complete blood picture to rule out any infection and x-ray chest. If necessary ct scan of para nasal sinuses ( sinusitis). depending on the examination reports further treatment is required accordingly.

Mean time, stop smoking (if your are with these habit), steam inhalation.

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
