Question: I have a steady, constant, significant mucous drainage running down the back of my throat. No congestion in the nose, or any other symptom.

I have gone through your query.
The mucous discharge at the back of your throat in absence of any symptoms of nasal congestion might be due to Allergy or Acid reflux problem.

If you are suffering from Allergy to dust or cold weather,
you may find relief by taking Antihistaminic medicine like Cetrizine.
Avoid eating mucous producing foods like Very sweet food,milk products,oily foods,cold foods,etc.
Drink lots of warm fluids.
Avoid dust.
Do steam inhalation.
If you are suffering from Acid reflux,then you may find relief by taking medicine like Pantoprazole and Antacid gel like Liquid Digene.
Avoid heavy dinner.
Keep a minimum gap of 2 hours between eating and sleeping.
Eat slowly.
