Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Yes excessive adrenaline surge can cause increase in Blood pressure and Chest Pain.
But i would like to know to help you better that what made you feel this. How do you diagnose yourself as having excessive adrenaline surge. Also describe the chest pain you are having and mention the duration.

Adrenaline surges when phone rings, opening emails, raised voices, tv, etc. chest pain lasts for hours. Horrible

Anxiety.

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Such issues occur mostly due to Anxiety. You should get your BP checked. Also particularly at the time when you have these symptoms. In case you are found to have episodic hypertension you would require to get evaluated for causes like Pheochromocytoma. Meanwhile get your Blood sugar, thyroid profile , ECG done. If any issue is found you will be treated accordingly. In case all investigations are normal and you don't even have episodic hypertension, you just require anti anxiety drugs like Etizolam.
