There will be many other symptoms such as nasal obstruction, blood stained or foul smelling nasal discharge, swelling, watering of the eye, numbness, loss of smell on that side and so on. Hence is is unlikely that you have nasal cancer.
2. Sinusitis is more likely. Get a nasal examination, nasal endoscopy and a plain Sinus CT Scan done.
3. The headache and pain the glabellar region is either due to sinusitis or it is a referred pain due to common nerve supply.
4. Upload these test results for further treatment options.
