Question: my recent triglicerides are 1123 what can i do to bring them down?
do i need to see my Dr. within a week?

Yes,you definitely need medical attention.
It is important to know other parameters of lipid profile.
You may need Ultrasound of abdomen.You many need other investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,serum amylase,lipase,liver function test.

I suggest tablet tablet fenofibrate 160 mg once daily at bed time.
Further treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.

You should avoid fried and fatty food.Avoid alcohol if you take it.
