Brief Answer:
Can you please send me the ultrasound rep. and answer these questions.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

Thank you for your query. Elevated serum ferritin and CRP can be seen in any systemic inflammatory conditions or recent infections. However, enlarged spleen and fatty liver needs to be investigated and can be caused by a variety of problems. I would like to ask you few questions

Have you noticed any
-Fever with or without chills recently?
-Recent Joint pain, back ache?
-Recent weight loss?
-abdominal pain?
-swelling in neck, axilla or other part of the body.
-Do you take alcohol and if yes how much and since when?
-Have you undergone liver function tests like ALT, AST or GGT?
-What is your current weight and height approximately?
- The blood sugar is high. Have you ever been investigated for diabetes mellitus before?
- Are you taking any medications currently?
Also can you please send me your ultrasoud abdomen report as you sent other lab reports.

I would be better able to help you once I get some more information regarding your current problems.

I hope this helps.
Awaiting your reply with reports.
Let me know if there are any other questions or concerns sir.
Wish you all the best
Sincerely,
Dr Parth Desai
