Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can help you.

The fact remains that Hba1c is a test that measures the average glucose levels of the blood.
So if you have eaten something with high calorie count your HbA1C will rise.
Having FBS and PPBS in normal range does not rule out the possibility of higher sugars at other times such as just after meal or post dinner.

For the second part of the query, you need a strict diet regime and exercise schedule.
This alone often is enough to bring down the sugars.

Whether it's enough to stop the medicine cannot be predicted, and we need to monitor the sugars and decide at a later date.

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem.

Best of luck.
Dr Mittal
