I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms of dry mouth and sticky eyes that yo have reported. I hope together we would be able to identify the cause of these symptoms and address them so that you can feel better soon.

From the symptoms you have presented to me, dry eyes and dry mouth would always raises the suspicion of a possible Sjogrens syndrome. Hi and thanks for this follow up precision.

I am happy you took the pains to read through the article and glad you were able to say it does not fits you. This has narrowed down the different possible causes. Not the answer but a step closer.

With this added information of sores in the nose, I will like to get the nose examined. It would be best to consult an ENT specialist to have a firsthand look to tell exactly what is going on. This could be an infection that needs some sort of local cleansing and antibiotics. A good clinical evaluation is very important. Depending on the findings, further investigations would be recommended accordingly.

Let me know what your take is on this! I wish you well.
