i have dry cough during whether change from last few times. i think i become allergic to this. can you pls suggest what should i do.

You have to be cautious during this time when the weather changes as this time the virus can replicate quickly.
You can just use the following medications.
Tab Allegra 120mg, once a day at night. Betadine 2% diluted with water as mouth gargles thrice a day for five days.

Thanks Doc. currently i am taking lcz mont tablet. is it same or i need to change as suggested by you. till last time i was feeling ok after taking this medicine but this time my dry cough not cured.
