Brief Answer:
Possibility of lichenoid dermatitis/lichen planus

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcare magic

I have gone through your query and I have also seen the Images. I can see multiple bluish/purple, shiny lesions at these sites. I guess they must be itchy too?

After going through the Images I will keep a possibility of Lichenoid dermatitis, it is a type of eczema and is usually very itchy.

You may use an OTC moisturizer e.g Vaseline lotion twice daily at the areas affected. Soaps should be restricted.

If I was the treating I would have specifically asked you to use a super potent topical steroid cream e.g Clobetasol propionate 0.05% Or Halobetasol propionate 0.05% cream, twice daily at the affected areas, over and above the moisturizers.

These are prescription topical steroids and therefore you must talk with your dermatologist for the needful.

An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.

Regards
