Brief Answer:
Information

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

On reading this, the thing that stands out as most concerning is double vision and difficulty walking. If you are just having trouble focusing and are feeling weak due to the sleep deprivation and poor nutrition, then I would expect that to resolve quickly with good sleep.

But if you are actually seeing double and having difficulty walking, then please go in to the emergency room or A and E, to be evaluated, as this could be signs of a TIA or stroke or other neurological disorder.

Please don't wait if double vision and difficulty walking have come on.

I would be happy to write your further, but I don't want to delay your getting evaluation and treatment in a timely fashion!
