Brief Answer:
Hi,Most likely you are suffering from BPPV.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

Most likely you are suffering from Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) that gives the sudden sensation that you're spinning ,often triggered by specific changes in the position such as lying down, turning over or sitting up in bed. You need to undergo examination for evidence of nytagmus. BPPV is the most common disorder of the inner ear's vestibular system, which is a vital part of maintaining balance. If you get this episode again then visit an ENT specialist. There is effective treatment for BPPV
