Brief Answer:
Supportive care

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Dizziness with inner ear disease is almost in evitable as inner ear harbours the balance system the vestibular system. No worries, just take some antivert, some betahistine and use support while walking and standing out of bed to prevent tripping or falls. Low doses of amitriptyline have also helped. Please consult a local otolaryngologist and let them assess the vestibular functions and proceed accordingly further. Depression can also trigger dizziness and needs continuous supportive therapy, cBT is a good way to combat it. Stick to psychotherapist and hope for the best.

I hope it helps. Take good care fo yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
