Brief Answer:
An infection/inflammation of the ear

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern.
You have an inflammation / infection of your left ear.
It would be advisable for you to see an ENT doctor as you might require an antibiotic.
Till you are able to see the doctor, you can use a non sedating antihistamine tablet like desloratidine, a nasal decongestant spray like Otrivin and betahistine to alleviate your symptoms.
