What Causes Dizziness During Menopause?
Question: I'm 57 an at work, I just has a dizzy spell and about went down? Blood pressure and pulse are good. I've never had this happen before. I'm going thru my change and having bad hot flashes, could this be he cause of my dizzy spell?
