What Causes Dizziness And Blurred Vision After Taking Corticosteroid Shot?
Question: I recently had a corticosteroid shot in my left knee. I had meniscus surgery on this new about 8 months ago but still can't walk very far or run. So Ortho doc injected the knee. My main question is - since the shot about 5 days ago I have been experiencing dizziness, blurred vision, foggy head drugged up feeling. I noticed that after I take some multivitamins the symptoms get worse.
What should I do, and how long can I expect to feel the side effects?

Brief Answer:
This is not related to your cortisone shot.
Detailed Answer:
DearSir,
Thank you for posting your query on HCM.
Well looking into your problem I would like to tell you that the issues of dizziness and the way you are feeling does not seem to be related to the cortisone shot that you have taken in knee because that's a local injection and it will not give systemic symptoms . It can be because of some drug that you are taking so please send the list of drugs you are on and also any recent blood tests that have been done so that we can have a better understanding and guide you accordingly .
Take care.
