What Causes Dizziness And Anxiety When BP Reading Indicates 127/84 MmHg?
Question: Hi...in recent days I have been having a general feeling of dizziness especially when driving to work which I have never experienced before. Yesterday morning it started too feel more acute. I am self employed and largely able to set my schedule of activities each day and haven't, so far as I can tell, never had anxiety issues. Blood pressure this morning is 127/84...any thoughts?

(2)condition of the inner ear. The 3 inner ear conditions - BPPV, meniere's disease and vestibular neuronitis.
